Mibox888 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Players

1Introduction

3Account Registration

Each mibox888 member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities to circumvent restrictions, abuse bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, including:

• An active and reachable Malaysian phone number

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Mibox888 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must come from an account registered in your own name. mibox888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unauthorised source, mibox888 reserves the right to return the deposit and suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

Mibox888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their terms of service. mibox888 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.

5Withdrawals

Mibox888 members may withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the member's name.

Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX take 15 to 60 minutes depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals made outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day.

6Bonuses & Promotions

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or left unresolved, all related bets will be voided and the stakes returned to the account balance.

9Prohibited Conduct

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses in the account, and where necessary, legal action by mibox888.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Mibox888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or misleading
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account)

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the mibox888 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method once any outstanding liabilities have been settled. Funds remaining in accounts closed due to a terms violation will be forfeited.

12Responsible Gaming

14Governing Law
